Since 2000, I’ve coached swimmers, triathletes, and ultrarunners of all different levels. I’ve helped athletes overcome their fear of swimming in the ocean, finish their first trail races, and earn their 100-mile belt buckles. My approach to training is practical – grounded in science with plenty of room for the individual differences that make us unique athletes.
